If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if a refund or replacement is approved.
Because each item is made and handled with care, we do not accept refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong address, or change of mind after the order has been shipped.
If your request is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
